1. Scope
These terms govern the use of this tournament software by clubs, administrators and club users.

2. Service
The software supports tournament setup, publication, registration and operational tournament management.

3. Free of charge software access
The software itself is currently provided free of charge.

4. Permitted use
Use is limited to club and tournament operations. Charging participation fees for the tournament itself is allowed.

5. Prohibited commercial exploitation of the software
You may not sell, rent, sublicense, rebrand or commercially resell the software itself as a paid service.

6. Distinction from tournament fees
Charging money for tournament participation (for example entry fees paid on site) is explicitly allowed. This is not considered resale of the software.

7. User responsibilities
Users are responsible for lawful operation, correct content and compliance with applicable regulations.

8. Availability and changes
Features can be changed, improved or discontinued. No guaranteed uptime or feature permanence is promised.

9. Liability
Use is at your own risk. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

10. Data protection
Personal data must be processed according to applicable data protection laws.

11. Terms updates
For substantial updates, a new acceptance may be required.

12. Governing law
German law applies unless mandatory local consumer law states otherwise.
